29.2.1 If the game is stopped by an official:
绊汹' For a foul or violation (not for the ball having gone out-of-bounds)
by the team not in control of the ball,
绊汹' For any valid reason by the team not in control of the ball,
绊汹' For any valid reason not connected with either team,
Possession of the ball shall be awarded to the same team that previously had
control of the ball.
If the throw-in is administered in the backcourt, the twenty-four (24) second clock
shall be reset to twenty-four (24) seconds.

If the throw-in is administered in the frontcourt, the twenty-four (24) second clock
shall be reset as follows:
绊汹' If fourteen (14) seconds or more is displayed on the twenty-four (24) second
clock at the time when the game was stopped, the twenty-four (24) second clock
shall not be reset, but shall continue from the time it was stopped.
绊汹' If thirteen (13) seconds or less is displayed on the twenty-four (24)
second clock at the time when the game was stopped, the twenty-four (24)
second clock shall be reset to fourteen (14) seconds.

However, if in the judgement of an official, the opponents would be placed at a
disadvantage, the twenty-four (24) second clock shall continue from the time it was
stopped.

50.2 Whenever an official blows the whistle as a result of:
绊汹' A foul or violation (not for the ball having gone out-of-bounds

'The infraction of the rules is committed by the team in control of the ball.

不適用於上面的規則 剩幾秒就幾秒 NBA也是這樣規定
以下是國際籃球規則詮釋探討:
說明3：
發生爭球後，如果由原控球隊取得球權輪替，該隊只能運用24秒停止時剩下的秒數進攻。
狀況1：
A隊進攻24秒只剩10秒時，發生爭球球權輪替被宣判：
（a）A隊 （b）B隊
解釋：
（a）A隊只剩10秒進攻。 （b）B隊可以有24秒。
狀況2：
A隊控球，發生球出界之際只剩下10秒。由於兩位裁判對於A4或B4使球出界看法不同，
於是宣判爭球，此時球權輪替：
（a）A隊 （b）B隊
解釋：
（a）A隊只剩下的10秒進攻時間。 （b）B隊有新的24秒進攻時間。
說明4：
球賽因裁判宣判違例或是非控球隊犯規，並非球出界。此時控球權判給原來在前場控球
的球隊，24秒回歸方式如下：
◎當24秒剩下14秒（含）以上時，則24秒不能回歸24秒，應由剩下秒數比賽。
◎如果24秒剩下時間為13秒（含）或以下時，則應設定在14秒進攻時間。
狀況：
當B4在A隊前場使球出界，24秒剩下8秒時：
解釋：
A隊剩下8秒進攻時間。
狀況2：
當A4在前場運球之際被B4犯規，這是B隊該節團犯第二次，24秒僅剩3秒。
解釋：
A隊有14秒進攻時間。
狀況3：
A隊在前場控球時，剩下4秒時，裁判由於：
（a）A4受傷中斷比賽：
（b）B4受傷中斷比賽 ：
解釋：
此時A隊有幾秒鐘進攻時間？
（a）4秒。
（b）14秒。
狀況4：
還有6秒鐘，A4投籃，球在空中；A5及B5發生雙方犯規，球未投中，也未碰觸籃圈，
球權輪替屬於A隊。
解釋：
A隊只有6秒進攻時間。
狀況5：
A隊運球進攻，進攻時間還剩5秒鐘，此時宣判B4技術犯規、然後A隊教練也被判
技術犯規。
解釋：
在同樣罰則抵銷之後，A隊擁有控球權，剩下5秒進攻時間。
狀況6：
剩下（a）16秒 （b）12秒 進攻時間，B4在後場被宣判腳踢球或用拳頭擊球。
解釋：
B隊違例，A隊在前場發球進攻，該隊進攻時間尚有：
（a）16秒 （b）14秒。
狀況7：
A2在前場發界外球，B4以手越過界線攔阻A4傳球，此時A隊進攻時間尚有：
（a）19秒 （b）11秒
解釋：
宣判B4違例，A隊在前場發球進攻，時間尚有：
（a）19秒 （b）14秒
狀況8：
進攻時間還有6秒，B4對前場運球的A4違反運動道德的犯規。
解釋：
在A4兩罰一擲後，A隊在紀錄台對面發中場界外球進攻，有新的24秒。
這個罰則適用於：技術犯規、奪權犯規。
說明5：
在雙方沒有相關原因下停止比賽，裁判基於有一隊會處於不利情況下，24秒應在
停止比賽時間的剩餘秒數，繼續比賽時間的計時。
狀況1：
比賽進行剩下最後25秒鐘，雙方72平手，A隊進攻，A隊運球花掉20秒，
此時裁判發現下列狀況：計時器24秒沒有啟動、一個寶特瓶丟進場內、24秒計時器
錯誤回歸等，造成比賽停止。
解釋：
上述狀況，A隊擁有發界外權，但是剩下4秒鐘進攻時間。因為如果有新的24秒，
將對B隊產生不利狀況。
狀況2：
當A3投籃碰觸來籃圈後，A5獲得籃板球，進攻9秒鐘之後，24秒突然誤鳴！裁判立即
中止比賽。
解釋：
如果宣判A隊24秒違例，將使A隊處於不利。在與臨場委員、24秒計時員討論後，
宣判A隊發界外球進攻球權，時間尚有15秒鐘。
第五十條 二十四秒計時員：職責
說明：
當計時器停止成為死球狀態時，比賽時間少於24秒或14秒時，24秒計時器應該停止運作。
狀況1：
比賽剩下最後18秒，24秒計時器則剩下3秒，B1在該隊後場故意腳踢球。
解釋：
比賽由A隊在前場發界外球，比賽時間剩下18秒；24秒計時器調整為14秒。
狀況2：
比賽時間剩下7秒，24秒計時器剩下3秒：B1在該隊後場故意腳踢球。
解釋：
比賽由A對發前場界外球，比賽時間從7秒開始；24秒計時器不再運作。
