[閒聊] Blake救了兩個年輕的男孩
Apparently, Steve Blake is a guy you want on the trails with you. A Blazers
source passed along this letter from a state employee to team GM Kevin
Pritchard.
Can't say I'm surprised that Blake rescued two young boys who were separated
on the trails from their parents. A few years ago I wrote about Blazer Betty,
an elderly Blazers fan who had no family in the area. She'd been a school
teacher and given her life to educating kids, and in the end, the Blazers
were the only family she had left.
I stopped by the retirement home to visit her one afternoon and was startled
when I realized she wasn't in her room... she had a visitor.
Blazer Betty was sitting and talking with Blake, who'd read about her and
decided to stop in.
