放上 option waivers 的球員如果被其他球隊claim，原球隊可以將該球員從 waivers. 撤回，所以各隊GM間的共識是不會claim別隊放上 option waivers 的球員。. Bush 通過 option waivers 不代表他一定會被下放3A，目前看來 Villanue
