長久以來大家對於Ankiel的爭論. 可能可以隨著他投手生涯的退休告一段落?!. 之所以說是可能還加上問號. 是居然有球迷提出陰謀論的說法. Cards利用這種手段讓Ankiel能clear waiver. 再下放回Memphis且空出40-man roster的名額. 到時候他在小聯盟"偶爾 ".
