Bruce Buck (Chairman)
Bruce Buck has been Chairman of Chelsea FC Plc and Chelsea Football Club
Limited since early 2004.
Bruce first moved to London in 1983 to become the head of the London
office of US law firm White & Case. In 1989, Bruce moved to Skadden, Arps,
Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP to develop the firm's European offices. An M&A
and capital markets lawyer, he also served as Managing Partner for Europe
for the firm from 1989 until he stepped down in 2014.
In addition to his role as Chairman of Chelsea FC Plc and Chelsea Football
Club Limited, Bruce is a trustee and chairman of the Chelsea FC
Foundation, the official charity affiliated to and supported by the Club.
For many years until mid-2021, Bruce was the chairman of the Premier
League's Audit and Remuneration Committee. An early supporter of women's
football, he is currently on the Board of Directors of the Women's Super
League. He has also served as a director of several London Stock
Exchange-listed companies.
During Bruce's time as chairman, the Club has enjoyed a period of
sustained on-pitch success, including its men's first team winning five
Premier League titles, five FA Cups, three EFL Cups, two UEFA Champions
League trophies, two UEFA Europa League trophies and, most recently,
winning the FIFA Club World Cup. During the same period, its women's first
team has won four Women's Super League titles, three FA Cups and two
Women's League cups.

Guy Laurence (Chief Executive)
Guy Laurence commenced as chief executive of Chelsea Football Club in
February 2018.
He has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the club,
including the continuing development of our commercial activities in the
UK and around the world, focusing on increasing club revenues.
Guy has excellent pedigree in senior roles, most recently before Chelsea
as president and CEO of Rogers Communications, one of Canada's largest
communications and media businesses. He has also previously held several
senior positions within Vodafone, one of the world's largest
telecommunications companies, including CEO of Vodafone UK.
Guy also has experience in sport, having been a director of Maple Leaf
Sports and Entertainment. MLSE is one of North America's foremost sports
companies and possesses a diverse portfolio of high-profile teams,
including the NBA's Toronto Raptors, NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs and MLS
team Toronto FC.

Eugene Tenenbaum (Director)
Eugene Tenenbaum was born in Ukraine in the former Soviet Union but moved
to Canada at a young age. He is one of Roman Abramovich's closest
associates and was formerly head of corporate finance at Sibneft, the oil
company sold by Mr Abramovich in 2006. He is the managing director of
MHC-Services Ltd and sits on the board at EVRAZ plc.
Tenenbaum joined the Chelsea board when Mr Abramovich purchased the club
in 2003 and has been a member throughout a glittering chapter in the
club's history, with nine pieces of major silverware collected prior to
the lifting of the Champions League trophy in Munich in 2012. That was
added to by the Europa League a year later and in 2015, another Premier
League title and League Cup with a further league championship added two
years later, followed by more domestic and European glory, including the
Europa League and Champions League again. In 2022 the FIFA Club World Cup
was added.
Tenenbaum graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in
economics. He also holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and finance from
the same university. He later qualified as a chartered accountant, joining
the Business Advisory Group at Price Waterhouse in Toronto in 1987.
He then spent five years in corporate finance with KPMG in Toronto, Moscow
and London, including three years as the national director of KPMG
International between 1990 and 1993. Tenenbaum later served as director of
corporate finance at Salomon Brothers between 1994 and 1998.

Marina Granovskaia (Director)
Marina Granovskaia was born in Russia and is a dual Russian and Canadian
national. She graduated in 1997 from Moscow State University with honours
and the same year started her career at Sibneft, the oil company formerly
owned by Roman Abramovich.
She has worked closely with Mr Abramovich as a senior adviser over the
last 18 years, looking after his various assets and interests.
She moved from the Russian capital to London shortly after the acquisition
of Chelsea Football Club in 2003 and since 2010 has acted as a
representative of the owner at the club and in support of the board of
directors. She joined the board of Chelsea FC plc and the Football Club
Board in June 2013 and is mainly responsible for player transactions.
In addition to being a native Russian speaker, Granovskaia is fluent in
English and speaks several other European languages.
In November 2021, she was named the Best Club Director in European
football at the Golden Boy awards organised by Italian newspaper
Tuttosport.

David Barnard (Director of Football Operations)
David joined Chelsea in July 2002. He has overall responsibility for the
day-to-day operations and administration of the Football Department,
including transfer agreements and player contracts, ensuring compliance
with the relevant football authorities.
In addition, he is also the main club contact for the relevant football
authorities including FIFA, UEFA, the FA, the Premier League and the EFL
He is responsible for ensuring all regulatory arrangements and
administrative requirements for all the men's first team fixtures,
including our pre- and post-season tours are met.
A member of the Football Club Board, which oversees football policy for
the club, David has completed well over 45 seasons in professional
football.
He also represented the Premier League on the FA Council between 2007 and
2018, and is an ambassador for the England national teams.
