Giuseppe Sculli's season is already over after the Genoa striker
was this evening banned for eight months.
Giuseppe Scull的賽季提前結束，他被判禁賽八個月。
The Serie B star has been suspended by the disciplinary commission
with regard to a 2002 game between Crotone, for whom he played
for at the time, and Messina.
Sculli被紀律委員會禁賽，
起因是2002年 Crotone-Messina的比賽，他當時為 Crotone效力。
A match-fixing probe was opened after the Peloritani's 2-1 win
after the emergence of some intercepted telephone calls.
此案在 Messina以２－１勝出後的電話竊聽浮出檯面後展開調查。
Although Sculli was not found guilty of sporting fraud,
he has been punished for a lesser offence.
儘管 Sculli沒有被判體育詐欺，仍因為消極進攻而被懲處。
（『消極進攻』，故意把球踢飛、故意越位之類的。）
The former Juventus player, who was facing the threat of
a three and a half year ban, may now appeal.
Sculli本有可能被禁賽三年半，現在可能上訴。
（三年半的話就是有判體育詐欺。）
Four other people in the case – Rocco Cotroneo, Leo Criaco,
Nicola Salerno and Raffaele Vrenna – were all cleared.
另外涉案的四人都無罪，人名如上。
