Deschamps: “Chances galore in the second half”
This is what Didier Deschamps had to say about this afternoon's defeat
of Verona: “After a mediocre first half where we were a little slow,
we pushed hard in the second and had a number of good chances.
Their goalkeeper made some incredible saves,
it's a shame as you're always at risk at 1-0”.
ＤＤ說：「在有點緩慢的二流上半場之後，下半場我們壓得比較兇也有許多機會，
他們的門將做出了一些難以置信的撲救，很遺憾１－０的比分總是有風險。」
The journalists asked for his thoughts on the individuals,
particularly Bojinov, who was replaced by Del Piero in the second period:
“He has incredible ability, but he's young and he needs to improve his
ball retention. He didn't have it in his legs today, he wasn't brilliant,
but it wasn't just him, it was his team mates as well; at the beginning
of the game we weren't quick enough. Palladino was out of position,
it's obvious that there's no one like Nedved”.
ＤＤ回答記者問及 Bojinov個人表現時說：「他能力驚人，但是還年輕，
需要改進持球的能力，他今天不在狀態，打得不順，但是不只他，隊友也是，
比賽一開始我們不夠快，Palladino站位不當，很顯然沒有人能像 Nedved一樣。」
And finally on the return of Del Piero, who came close to scoring on
a number of occasions: “It was important for him to get used to
the pitch again, it's a shame the goalkeeper denied him a goal on
at least two or three occasions”.
最後談到 Del Piero歸隊，有幾次得分良機，ＤＤ說：
「再次熟悉賽場對他來說很重要，很遺憾門將至少擋出二到三次他的射門。」

Bojinov: “We're going to enjoy top spot”
“I had the chance to score, but I have to say I was a little unlucky.
The important thing was to win though”. Valeri Bojinov came close to
scoring against Verona this afternoon and although it wasn't his day
in front of goal, there was still reason to celebrate at the end of the game.
“We're top of the table and we're going to enjoy this moment
as we wait and see the Napoli result on Monday night.
It wasn't easy for us attackers against Verona as the teams that
come to the Olimpico close down hard and set themselves out to defend.
Personally I prefer playing teams that play more open football
as there's more room to manoeuvre”.
Bojinov說：「我有進球的機會，不過我得說，我有點不走運，重要的還是能贏球，
我們正處在積分榜首位，我們打算享受此刻，等著看 Napoli在週一晚上的賽果，
與 Verona之戰對我們前鋒來說並不輕鬆，他們是那種來到我們主場，

Camoranesi: “Serie A is our objective”
Scorer of the game's only goal, Mauro Camoranesi had this to say
about the victory over Verona: “I have to thank Palladino for
playing me that pass. The game was a little bland in the first half,
while in the second we managed to make the difference, pressing harder
and denying Verona space. Despite the injuries, those who've come into
the side have played really well: this is the winning spirit of our team.
We want to get back to Serie A as soon as possible”.
踢進本場惟一進球的 Camoranesi說：「我要感謝 Palladino的傳球，
比賽的上半場有些枯燥，下半場我們做出改變，壓迫得更勤，不給 Verona空間，
儘管有人受傷，替補上場的人也都踢得很好，
這就是我們球隊致勝的精神，我們要盡快重回義甲。」

Del Piero back in the spotlight
“I'm happy to be back and happy that we won this afternoon.
It was a very positive day”. Alex Del Piero was back in action
this afternoon after almost a month out and he quickly set about
bombarding the goal, showing a great understanding with his team mates:
“It went well with both Palladino and Zalayeta but I think the whole
team played really well against a strong Verona. I had a few chances
but Pegolo was on great form. Seeing as we won today,
you could say we were ok for goals…”.
在將近一個月後重回賽場的隊長說：「我很高興能回來，很高興今天下午能贏球，
這是很正面的一天，我跟 Palladino、Zalayeta的配合都不錯，
不過我認為全隊對上強大的 Verona都踢得很不錯，我有過幾次機會，
但是 Pegolo狀態很好，基於我們贏球，你可以說我們不介意沒有多進球…」

Piccolo makes his debut
“I'm happy to be back; the ankle is looking good and I haven't had
any physical problems. I have to thank everyone who's been close to me
over the last few months and who have helped me make my comeback”.
Felice Piccolo is enjoying his moment: after this summer's operation
and a lengthy recovery the defender is back with the group,
making his first appearance of the season against Verona this afternoon:
“It was my first call-up and for me it was just important to get back
with the group. Even playing just a few minutes was fantastic”.
在今夏手術後經過漫長等待，Piccoli本賽季初次上場，他說：
「我很高興能回來，腳踝看來不錯，我也沒有任何體能上的問題，
我必須感謝在過去幾個月所有跟我親近的人，幫助我完成這次復出，
這是我第一次替補上場，對我來說重要的是能重回這個團隊，
