They’re shooting 53 percent with four 3-pointers to take the early six-point lead. Tim Duncan has eight points on 3 for 3 shooting, while Manu Ginobili has nine points — all on 3s — with three assists off the bench. Ginobili was electric in the first quarter, drilling three 3-pointers and dishing out three assists to help stake the Spurs to their early lead. LeBron James leads four Heat in double-figures with 13. Down six after one, Miami pushed back in front by two with eight unanswered points. The Spurs didn’t appear impacted, but Miami standout LeBron James had to be carried off with apparent cramps with about four minutes to go. The Spurs took advantage of his absence to hammer Miami down the stretch. Danny Green fueled the run with all of his three 3-pointers and a breakaway dunk. Tim Duncan finished with his 156th playoff double-double, 21 points and 10 rebounds, to climb within one of Magic Johnson’s all-time record. Tony Parker added 19 points and Manu Ginobili had 16. James finished with 25 points in 33 minutes.
