美國時間 3/20 下午，熱火在美航球館前面舉辦了第19屆"熱火家族派對" (Miami Heat’s Family Festival) 派對現場邀請了1990年代知名的饒舌歌手 Vanilla Ice 演唱到"Ice Ice Baby"時，他邀請Wade上前小跳了一段現年48歲的 Vanilla Ice在1990年唱這首"Ice Ice Baby"時 Wade才8歲，站在台上的一票年輕隊友都還沒出生 Justise Winslow(19歲)、Josh Richardson(22歲)、Tyle Johnson(23歲) Hassan Whiteside(26歲，不過單曲發行的時候，他也才剛出生一週) 之前 MM 跟鳥人在2013 "Battioke" 也曾唱過這首"Ice Ice Baby" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZVyCpkJWYY

Spo說他大學時期也跟同學唱過這首，不過唱得很爛(沒影片) “I just go out each year and try to do what I can within each season,” Wade said. “I’m going to try to do that until I don’t want to do that no more. If God continues to bless me where I continue to have the health to play, then I will do it. Then, when I don’t feel I want to do it anymore, hopefully I can walk away from it when that time comes. “But I’m enjoying it, man. Like I said last night, I like this team. I really like the vibe that we’re building back here in the city of Miami. It’ s just been great.
