Houston Rockets point guard Jeremy Lin felt blessed to finally record his
first career triple-double after a humbling journey that saw him as an
undrafted rookie, D-League player, superstar in New York City and now an
integral player in Houston.

The 26-year-old Lin could not believe that he has at last accomplished one of
the rarest gems as a professional basketball player—pulling off an elusive
triple double.

another cool thing," said Lin, who recorded 15 points, 11 rebounds and 10
assists in 29 minutes of action off the bench in the Rockets' 106-92 win over

crucial decision on Lin's future with the ball club. For the past several
months, Lin has been thrown into multiple trade scenarios, but none of those
trade rumors and proposals have materialized.
