Thornton (back) will not play Friday against the 76ers, the New Orleans
Times-Picayune reports.
Spin: Morris Peterson will start at shooting guard for the Hornets, while
Thornton remains day-to-day. Meanwhile, the team signed Jason Hart to a
10-day contract to serve as the backup to starting point guard Darren
Collison.
