真囧...情形跟我很像.... 我暑假初一次平常的蓋火鍋起跳...沒人撞到我.... 下來突然覺得腳沒力...整個摔下來.... 醫生說左膝前十字韌帶嚴重受損...甚至斷裂.... 聽到整個腦中的畫面就是...這輩子不能打籃球了嗎???. 直到現在我還不敢去打籃球...因為上樓或爬坡膝蓋還是會有點問
