A decision will not made until just before tipoff on Sunday against the Detroit Pistons if David West will play because of a sprained right ankle, Coach Byron Scott said. West suffered the injury during Friday's 108-98 victory against the Los Angeles Lakers, and he did not participate in the team's light practice Saturday morning at the Alario Center. West missed three games with a sprained left ankle before returning Wednesday night against the San Antonio Spurs. "Being that it's the other ankle, I really don't know what to think, (team trainer) Terry Kofler really thought it would be a game-time decision, ''Scott said. "I'm going to talk to David to see how he feels and we'll go from there. It's just one of those things and it has been a rough couple of weeks for him.
