Jose Miguel Gonzalez Martin del Campo, Real Madrid Youth System Director and Castilla coach, was the guest of honour of the Spanish version of 'Extra Time' on Real MadridTV, the flagship talk show that discusses in depth the latest issues surrounding the Club. Michel reviewed the current situation in the youth categories, aka, The Factory of Real Madrid, answering all the questions that the guest journalists present had for him. “As a trainer, I had already worked with Real Madrid's youth categories. But accepting the position of youth System Director was a challenge for me. One thing was clear in my mind from the beginning: I had to choose top assistants. That said, I undervalued them: they are much better than what I originally thought.
