According to Baseball America, the Red Sox have signed right handed reliever
Sean White to a minor-league contract.
White was in Triple-A with the Rockies last year and did not pitch well,
posting a 5.68 earned run average and 1.85 WHIP over 82.1 innings.

The 30-year-old appeared in 105 games for Seattle from 2007-10. He had a 4.16
ERA and averaged a modest 4.0 strikeouts per nine innings. Barring a surprise
in camp, White would seemed destined for Pawtucket.

好就是紅襪在芬威球場打的第一場比賽。也就是說，今年的4月20日是芬威的百年開張紀
念日，也是Gilbert的百歲生日。他的家人希望能送他大禮，在那一天為紅襪隊開球。
