That was the assessment of Magic Johnson and Charles Barkley Thursday night during the TNT telecast, anyway. 越來越胖的Magic還有老巴在昨天在TNT轉播是這麼認為的。 Magic said the Carter's "knees are gone" -- an interesting take, since he hasn't had a knee problem in years -- and that he has gone from "superstar to regular player." He added that Carter can't play "at the superstar level anymore." Magic說：Carter的膝蓋不行啦，現在只是一個普通的球員啦，不可能再回到超級球星的等級囉。(其實Caeter的膝蓋這幾年都還ok啊......) So in a way, he still considers the Nuggets his team. "Oh, no question," said the Nets' major domo. "Because the foundation was laid, and a lot of the players are still there. And you become friends and personally attached to these guys. You root for them. I still watch things like Carmelo Anthony's free throws. We spent a lot of time working on his free throws. And I get mad when he doesn't do it the way we talked about. I get personally attached to these guys. I suppose everybody does."
