[問題] 重量訓練
請問各位~
我有在打排球之餘
也有重量訓練的習慣
那重量訓練時要著重訓練在上半身的哪一個肌肉部位??
我的位置是是攻擊手
然後我想讓發球和攻擊更有力氣和爆發力
