沒人PO @@ LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- The Chicago White Sox, who nearly lost first baseman Paul Konerko to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday, reached a three-year, $37.5 million agreement with the slugger, two officials with knowledge of the decision told USA TODAY.Paul Konerko hit 39 home runs (2nd in the American League), drove in 111 RBIs (6th) and batted .312 (8th). The deal was later confirmed by the White Sox, and Konerko will receive $12 million in 2011 and 2012 and $13.5 million in 2013. The White Sox said the final year will be paid out at $6.5 million in 2013 and $1 million a year from 2014-2020. Konerko, a four-time All-Star, finished fifth in American League MVP voting after hitting 39 home runs (second in the AL), driving in 111 RBIs (6th) and batting .312 (8th). He recently completed a five-year, $60 million deal with the White Sox. Now, Konerko will team with recently signed Adam Dunn to fulfill first base and designated hitter duties for the White Sox. Konerko chose to return to the White Sox over the Arizona Diamondbacks, who also offered a three-year contract.
