Jason Giambi came down hard on him for that, according to Sports Illustrated, and this should tell you how poorly A-Rod is viewed these days: Giambi, who built his career with steroids, can rip him with very few repercussions. Rodriguez's denial, coupled with his infamous baby-slap at Bronson Arroyo's glove two years ago and 2-for-15 performance against the Angels last year has led many people to conclude he is a choker.
