I've had a tough winter but that's all part of life on the circuit. You go through highs and lows. I won the Australian Open on the back of a very tough end of season in 2004, during which time I had very little time to relax. I've paid the price for accumulating a lot of fatigue. After Australia I lost a lot of matches that I would have won had I been fresher or more lucid. I got here early to practice hard and get used to the courts and the balls. I've been working hard on my fitness because it's important mentally to know that you can fight for every ball. I prepared myself mentally too. I've been trying to be as professional as possible. I'm focussing on my opening match and not on any possible encounter with Ferrero in the third round. Roland Garros is different to an ATP Master Series on clay.
