Gaetano D’Agostino believes he can make an impact at Roma
this season following the departure of Fabio Capello.
The Under-21 international was rarely used by the now Juve
boss last term despite his undoubted talent.
But the attacking midfielder is convinced that he will get
his chance after the arrival of Cesare Prandelli.
"Working with Prandelli is totally different," said the former
Bari starlet. "Capello was all about grit and determination.
"Now though we are focusing much more on technique and tactics.
I’m happy with Prandelli who will hopefully give me some time
in the team."
There was talk that the youngster could leave the Stadio Olimpico
this summer but that is not on his mind.
"I want to remain in this city and in this team," he added.
"I want to show people that I deserve to be a Roma player.
"It won’t be easy to break into the starting line-up given
my role but that is my objective for the season."
