The 22-year-old has impressed at the Stadio Via Del Mare over the last two seasons and the Giallorossi are the latest to show an interest. "Ledesma is being watched by Juventus, Inter, Fiorentina but now also Roma," his agent D'Ippolito said. "However, the transfer market is blocked at the minute because of the Alberto Gilardino and Antonio Cassano situations." Roma are looking for a new central midfielder after they were also associated with Udinese’s David Pizarro. The Argentine is one of the most promising players in Italian football right now, following his move to Lecce from Boca Juniors in 2001.
