Doni - 6.5: Mixed evening. Made a brilliant save to deny Kone early on, but
at fault for Kone goal as he spilled Pereira's shot.
Cassetti - 6.0: Did okay going forward, helping create Brighi's first, but
caused problems defensively by Dubarbier.
Juan - 6.5: The best of the Roma backline. Showed good pace, and executed a
few key tackles.
Mexes - 6.5: Solid at the back alongside Juan, although he was a little slow
to react in the build-up to Kone's goal.
Tonetto - 6.0: Did his job at left back, but no more, and was troubled a
little by Culio in the first half. Left back is a problem position for Roma.
De Rossi - 6.0: De Rossi is not on top form this season. He is still far too
passive in games, and is not the player of last term who used to take games
by the scruff of the neck.
Brighi - 8.5: Roma's best player this season did it again with a superbly
taken double, one in each half. In the form of his life at the moment.
Taddei - 6.0: A very quiet game from Taddei once again, although he must be
praised for providing the assist for Brighi's second goal.
Perrotta - 7.5: Fine game from Perrotta who put the miles in tonight. Got the
ball rolling with an excellent assist for Brighi's opener.
Baptista - 6.0: Still not really convincing. Anonymous for long spells of the
game, but a couple of good moments, and he was snubbed what appeared to be a
clear penalty.
Totti - 7.5: Still searching for full fitness, but his moments of genius were
still there, as illustrated by the brilliant free kick goal to make it 2-0.
