Roma defender Christian Panucci has a clear idea of what he wants to do in
the future: stay in Rome for two more years and then retire.
However, contract negotiations are taking longer than expected and it could
be the case the Panucci leaves the club at the end of this season.
"I'm fine in Rome and if I could remain in the capital city, I would gladly
do so," declared the former Milan player.
"Also because, at my age, changing city is uncomfortable. I want to play for
two more years but I have never enjoyed going on the bench."
"Right now I hope to remain in Rome but I'm open to any solution."
The 35-year-old international has been at Roma since 2001 and has played over
200 league games and scored 19 goals for the Giallorossi.
