New Roma signing Marco Motta is delighted with his move to the capital club after joining from Udinese late on Sunday night. The Italian stopper arrives from Friuli initially on a loan deal but Roma have the right to sign him either on a co-ownership or permanent agreement if they wish. The deal was signed, sealed and delivered with his agent Giuseppe Bozzo and the player cannot wait to begin his new adventure in Rome. "I am really happy with this move and it is a great chance for me," Motta told Il Corriere Dello Sport. "I hope I can take full advantage of this and I think it is the most important move of my career." Motta has been outstanding this season and he has attracted plenty of interest from a number of clubs. Luciano Spalletti has pulled off a major transfer coup as he beat off competition from Juventus.
