There has been outrage from several Roma players and officials after a number of refereeing decisions went against them during their match with Milan on Sunday night. Nicolas Burdisso, the man who conceded the spot kick from which the hosts grabbed their equaliser, has now claimed that Alessandro Nesta told him it wasn't a penalty. "The penalty? There was nothing, everyone saw it on the television - I took the ball, it was clear," Burdisso is quoted as saying by milannews.it. "Even Nesta told me that it wasn't a penalty." Only the Milan defender can verify whether Burdisso is telling the truth, but the fact remains that the game is over and there is nothing the Giallorossi can gain from further complaints. Next up for Claudio Ranieri's men is a trip to Fulham on Thursday night. Meanwhile, Milan take on Real Madrid in a highly-anticipated match at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday.
