Official: Rome derby moved

It is now official – the Rome derby has been moved to 17.30 UK time
on Sunday evening due to security fears.
The Lazio-Roma showdown was originally set for 19.45 UK time, 20.45
in Italy, on Sunday April 18.
There were already reports earlier today that the security forces feared
crowd trouble and wanted the kick-off moved forward.
It has now been confirmed that the game will begin at 17.30 UK time,
18.30 in Italy.
The decision was made along with the Lega Calcio and the two clubs.
“The primary objective is to ensure more security and tranquillity
for whoever wants to attend this football match,” said Giuseppe Pecoraro.
The decision was made after trouble flared during the Primavera youth team
Rome derby last week.
Lazio won the game, but there were clashes between fans and cars outside
the venue had their windows smashed.
