Roma To Offload Fabio Simplicio In January - Report
Fabio Simplicio is likely to leave Roma at the next available opportunity,
according to Italian reports.
Roma's Fabio Simplicio was labelled a stellar signing in the summer, but he
is set to leave the club in January as he is finding it hard to settle,
according to Il Messaggero.
Simplicio arrived from Palermo on a free deal in what was a major coup for
Roma and he signed a three-year contract.
But just three months into his Lupi career, the Brazilian finds himself
peripheral to Claudio Ranieri's plans. He has been on the bench five times,
and played just 22 minutes against Bologna - his only time on the pitch thus
far.
Roma directors are now looking for a buyer and will use any monies from a
Simplicio sale to fund a move for West Ham's Valon Behrami, who was tracked
by the club last summer.
