Six offers made for Roma
It appears that there are as many as six offers on the table to buy Roma,
according to reports in Italy.
The club has been up for sale since the summer after Rosella Sensi agreed a
debt resettlement plan with Italpetroli's creditors, the Italian bank
UniCredit.
Rothschild were then contacted and asked to sound out any interested parties
in Roma, drawing up a shortlist of possible candidates.
La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that there are at least six offers - two
from Italy, two from America, one from an Arab bidder and another from China.
UniCredit is currently evaluating the offers with Rothschild before narrowing
down the options further.
