Juan: I Will Return To Flamengo When My Contract With Roma Expires
Juan intends to return to former club Flamengo to end his career...
Roma defender Juan has revealed his desire to finish his career with former
club Flamengo, but not until he sees out his current deal with the
Giallorossi.
The 31-year-old began his career with the Mengao, before moving to Bayer
Leverkusen in 2002 and then the Serie A outfit in 2007.
"I will definitely return, since I left Flamengo I have thought about coming
back," he was quoted as saying by La Repubblica.
"I have a contract until 2013 and I intend to go through with it until the
end. If at that time the door to Flamengo is open then I will go back
willingly."
Juan has been a stalwart at the back for the Italian club this season, making
13 appearances in Serie A and putting in several accomplished performances.
