Fun Q&A With Sam Stosur http://www.tennisgrandstand.com/archives/12788 基本上都是被問了又問的老問題(哈欠) What is your most memorable moment on court? 球場上最難忘的回憶是什麼？ Definitely the U.S. Open last year — the final, the whole last two weeks was fantastic. And I remember every match but, of course, the final was the standout one. 當然是去年的美網-不只是決賽，比賽的那兩周都美妙極了。我記得每一場比賽，當然，最後的決賽是最出色的。 Looking back on it with what happened with Serena Williams, does it overshadow your victory or anything? 回想當時小威發生的狀況，有沒有給你的勝利帶來一絲的陰影或者任何影響？ Not in my eyes, no! (Laughs) I don’t even think about that point in time. Obviously, it was a big point in the match and that could have really turned it, but that’s not something I look at and it doesn’t make anything with it sour. 在我看來沒有，完全沒有（笑）！我根本沒放在心上。很明顯那是整場比賽中頗重要的一分，而且也有可能真的讓比賽翻盤，但那不是我會在意的事而且那真的沒什麼大不了的。 What player do you least like to face on court and why? 你最不希望在球場上對上哪位球員，為什麼？ I don’t know. There’s a few players I have never beaten before, I guess. So probably those. There are lots of players you like playing against and you like the way they play and the way the ball comes off. And then there’s others that you definitely don’t [like to face on court]. 我不知道耶~有幾個球員我至今從未擊敗過，所以可能就是那幾位吧。比賽中總有一些球員是你喜歡碰到的，因為你比較適應她們的風格和擊球方式。不過也總是會有幾位你絕對不希望在場上碰到。 Any particular players? 能說是哪位球員嗎？ I won’t name names but you can see who I’ve never beaten before and put them in. (Laughs) 我不想說出她們的名字，不過你可以自己查一下有哪些球員是我從未擊敗過的（笑）。 *Editor’s Note: On a quick search, Sam is 0-6 against Victoria Azarenka, 0-5 against Kim Clijsters and 0-4 against Flavia Pennetta. (編輯註：0-6 Vika，0-5 Kim，0-4 小潘潘) If you could play against any player in history, who would it be and why? 如果你可以從歷史上選任何一位球員打一場比賽，你會選誰？原因是？ Probably Steffi Graf. She was my idol growing up and I loved the way she played, loved her forehand, her demeanor court, everything. She’s got to be one of the greatest players that’s ever played, so I would like to play her. 大概是格拉芙。在我成長過程中她一直是我的偶像，而且我喜歡她的打球風格，她的正拍，球場上的行為舉止，她所有的一切。她應該是最偉大的球員之一了，所以我希望可以和她比賽。 Have you ever had a chance to hit with her? 你曾有機會和她打球嗎？ No. I met her once though so that was pretty cool. I was probably more nervous meeting her than playing most of my matches. (Laughs) 沒有。我見過她一次，那很酷。我當時大概比比賽時還緊張（笑）。 If you were hosting a party, what three tennis players would you invite? 如果你要舉辦派對妳會邀請哪三位網球員來參加? There are some fun ones on tour … [Francesca] Schiavone, Na Li, Alicia Molik – she’s retired now, but you can put her in. (Laughs) 嗯~網球界有很多有趣的人，我會邀請鳳姐, 李娜跟Molik，雖然Molik已經退休了，不過你還是可以把她算進去(笑) 鳳姐跟Molik可以理解不過居然會邀請娜姐是因為自己常常打敗她嗎?XD What are two things you can’t live without? 有哪兩樣東西是你不會離身的？ Lip balm and maybe a computer. 護唇膏，也許還有電腦 Are you online a lot, staying in touch with family/friends that way? 你經常上網透過網路跟親友保持聯絡嗎? It fills in time, doesn’t it? (Laughs) 上網可以打發很多時間，不是嗎?(笑) 所以Sam還蠻常上網的怎麼都不更新一下臉書咧~= = Do you watch movies on your laptop? 你會用筆電看電影嗎？ Yup. 會 What’s the most recent good one that you have seen? 哪部電影是你最近看了覺得不錯的？ Good one that I’ve seen? I haven’t watched too many good ones recently. (Laughs) The last one I downloaded was “The Help” but I haven’t watched that one yet. 我覺得不錯的電影?我最近看的好片不多耶~（笑）最近下載了"the help”(台譯:姊妹) 不過我還沒看。 It’s good, I enjoyed it – made me cry. 那部電影不錯，我看到哭了。 (Laughs) I will probably cry too then. （笑）那我大概也會哭。 Last question, what is one thing that scares you? 最後一個問題，你最怕的事是什麼？ Flying. 搭飛機 Flying, really?! 搭飛機?真的嗎? Yea, I don’t like flying. (Laughs) 真的我不喜歡搭飛機 (笑) You’re a tennis player and you have to travel so much? 你是職業球員不是要經常要搭飛機旅行嗎?
