Albert Pujols gave his Kansas City family and friends something to remember
him by with a 428-foot homer into the Cardinals' bullpen in the seventh
inning. It was Pujols' eighth homer in seven series at Kauffman Stadium,
where he is a .398 career hitter. Another offensive highlight was Juan
Encarnacion's single in the same inning that extended his hitting streak to
14 games.
