這兩天在baseball版看到有人提到小普和鐵爺的比較，好像很多人不了解小普的守備，他除了拿兩次金手套之外其實也拿了四次防守聖經獎 (2006~2009) 這個獎和金手套比起來客觀許多，由10個記者、專欄部落客、專欄作家來投票，所以過去在各個防守數據上都是頂尖的小普，連拿四次其實是實至名歸，只是打擊鋒芒太露有點掩蓋了守備上的表現。 http://www.billjamesonline.net/fieldingbible/the-2009-winners.asp 以下分別是 2006到2009 對小普拿獎的解說 The 2006 Awards First Base – Albert Pujols, St. Louis It’s amazing to think that the best hitter of this generation is also the best fielding player at his position. Daric Barton led all major league first basemen saving 20 runs defensively for the Oakland A’s in 2010. The runner-up, Ike Davis of the Mets, was a distant second with 13 runssaved. Pujols was an average first baseman in 2010, neither saving nor costing his team any runs with his play at first base. 第一次，小普終於不拿了。 Daric Barton替奧克蘭守下了最多的20分，領先所有大聯盟一壘手。亞軍是 Ike Davis，守下13分，小普這季表現太爛，只是平均而已，沒守下分數。雖然沒拿下2010，還是滿搶戲的 @@，去年打守都確實都算是退步了，今年加油好嗎?
