http://shorterlink.com/?P81M3C 上季到本年五月底止，槍手損失六百萬鎊，損失多來自於球員買賣（想也知道是誰，賤價賣的Jeffers跟自由轉會的Wiltord），比起上上季槍手小賺七十萬鎊的情況，不是很好看。雖然在近兩年球會不斷致力重整薪資結構下，上季的薪資佔俱樂部利潤的比率，已由兩年前的52%下降到45%，不過這是修飾過的數字，槍手上季也賣了一些當初蓋新球場所買的多餘土地，如果扣掉賣掉這些土地，槍手隊職員的薪資仍佔利潤的60%。十年前槍手的零售利潤全英格蘭第一，約八百九十萬，但上季的零售利潤比起十年前足足少了兩百萬。這段話值得看原文： Manager Arsene Wenger continues to work marvels in the transfer market but the accounts do show fallibilty.
