KSE began a business partnership with the Gunners in February through Major League Soccer club Colorado Rapids. 美國運動大亨Stan Kroenke的KSE公司已經無條件地正式買下ITV的9.99%股份在二月份時KSE已經跟兵工廠達成協議，會經由MLS的科羅拉多急流隊共同合作證交所的公開聲明是這樣子的： "ITV plc today announced that it had unconditionally sold its 9.99% shareholding interest in Arsenal Holdings plc to KSE UK INC, a vehicle controlled by Stan Kroenke, and has also entered into conditional arrangements with KSE UK INC in relation to the sale of its 50% shareholding in Arsenal Broadband Limited."
