that he had broken an agreement he had signed with Barcelona. Arsenal will
foot the bill on behalf of the 17-year-old central midfield playmaker, which
could be a small price to pay. The decision sets a powerful precedent for
future claims and Barcelona are believed to be ready to pursue a similar
course of action against Daniel Pacheco, a forward signed by Liverpool during
the summer.
梅里達與巴薩的官司敗訴，西班牙法院裁定梅里達要付給巴薩的補償金兩百萬餘英鎊。
據說槍手是會願意幫梅里達付這筆錢，但是梅里達等人可能會上訴，層級可能會達歐盟
法庭。
