[新聞] Flamini eyes Gunners return
AC MILAN midfielder Mathieu Flamini has refused to rule out a return to
Arsenal.
The midfielder moved to the San Siro on a free in the summer after spending
four years with the Gunners.
But the 24-year-old has fuelled speculation he could be open to a move back
to England after struggling to hold down a regular place in Italy.
And with Arsenal having lost six times in the league already this season,
speculation is rife the anchorman could return to the Emirates to revive
their fortunes.
Asked if he would consider a return to the Premier League, Flamini said: “
You never know in football.
"I am only young but I am at happy at Milan.
“Of course I miss it, I really like to play in England because the game is
very quick and physical but I have a new challenge in Italy and I really want
to find my place in this team.
“I really want to perform well and win trophies with Milan but afterwards
you never know.
“It was great to play in the Premier League. I had a really amazing time and
I still have really good friends at Arsenal.”
