Liverpool 丹麥籍後衛 Agger 認為，Nicklas Bendtner 還沒有準備好踢世界盃。 Arsenal striker Bendtner was rushed back from a groin injury to play in Denmark’s opening defeat by Holland but had to be substituted after an hour. Arsenal 射手 Bendtner 在腹股溝受傷後，被緊急徵召上場且開局便輸給荷蘭，踢了一小時後便被換下去。 Danish centre half Agger fears Bendtner is short of match fitness and has not adjusted to the altitude in South Africa. 丹麥籍中衛 Agger 擔心 Bendtner 不在狀態內，也還沒有調整到適應在南非的海拔高度。 Denmark boss Morten Olsen is hoping Bendtner will be fit to face Cameroon today (Sat) in Pretoria but Agger fears he will not be at his best. 丹麥隊教練 Morten Olsen 希望今晚在 Pretoria球場 Bendtner 能夠上場對抗 Cameroon 但 Agger 擔心他還沒有恢復到最佳狀態。 Agger said: “He hasn’t played since April and when you play at this altitude it’s a lot harder. Agger 說：『自從四月起他就沒踢球了，且在這種高海拔地方，踢球更是困難。』 “It must have been really, really hard for him (against Holland).” 『對他而言(對上荷蘭時)，是相當、相當地難以踢好球。』 Asked whether Bendtner would play against Cameroon, he added: “I’m not a doctor, but I really hope so.” 被問及 Bendtner 是否會上場對抗 Cameroon，Agger 表示：『我不是醫生，但我仍希望能。』 Olsen supported that statement, saying: “He couldn’t play more (against Holland). It was always our plan to replace him around an hour.
