Super Sunday wasn't that Super for Joe Cole, Manuel Almunia or Pepe Reina.
But what did we learn from it all, asks Steve Anglesey...
超級星期天並沒有出現超人般表現的 Joe Cole, Manuel Almunia 或 Pepe Reina，但我
們可以看 Steve Anglesey 如何歸結成以下十點：
1) After his gaffe brought back bitter memories of England v USA, Liverpool's
keeper is considering changing his name to Pepe Greena.
1) Reina 失手就令人想起不願憶起的"英美大戰"(世界盃小組賽)，看來這名 Liverpool
的門將考慮改名 Pepe Greena 了。
2) Despite the hideous blunder, Roy Hodgson refused to give Reina a
rollocking. Instead, he gave Weina a wollocking.
2) 儘管那令人難堪的愚蠢表現，Roy Hodgson 否定自己訓斥了 Reina 一番。是阿，因
為他只對 "Weina" 訓斥了一番。
3) Meanwhile, Milan Jovanovic started for Liverpool but wasn't half as good
as she was in Resident Evil.

4) In retrospect, it may have been a mistake to hire Tommy Smith as Joe

anything served up by Sky's heavyweight pundits Jamie Redknapp and - I can
barely believe I'm typing this - Paul Merson.
6) 親愛的 Carly Cole (nee Zucker) 在 Twitter 裡聲援他的老公。她那甜蜜的Twitter
寫著：『那不值得給紅牌！！！』、『他不是那種骯髒下流的球員！從來都不是！』、『
真叫人傷心』。在這事分析得比任何還透徹，就是 天空體育 的重要評論員 Jamie
Redknapp 以及，我不敢相信他居然也...的 Paul Merson。
7) No surprise that Kosceilny went off too. According to an anagram of his
surname, he's just a "skiny Cole".
7) Koscielny 會拿紅牌我一點也不意外。你只要把它的名字排列一下，他其實是個"瘦弱
版的(Joe) Cole"。
8) The good news for Arsenal fans: After another Almunia error, Wenger's
going to sign two international goalkeepers. The bad news: They're Scott
Carson and Chris Kirkland.
8) 對槍迷來說有好消息和壞消息。好消息是：Almunia 再次犯同樣的失誤後，教授 即將
要簽下兩名國家隊的門將；壞消息是，分別為 Scott Carson 和 Chris Kirkland。

9) Very surprised at how that previously useless Liverpool striker has turned
into a goal machine. I was left A'Gog.

(我更訝異的是，Almunia 一直被這樣的進球打進....)
10) We know Andriy Arshavin looks like a meerkat, but was it really necessary
for him to disappear into a hole for the entire 90 minutes?
10) 我們都知道 Andrey Arshavin 看上去就像狐獴(會挖洞)，但真的有需要給他地洞，
讓他整場都不見人影？
(有時候大家看得一清二楚，教授還是堅持....)
