(“KSE”) is now required to make an Offer for all the outstanding shares in Arsenal Holdings PLC (“Arsenal”). As set out in the press announcement, Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith(together with the Independent Directors who hold Arsenal shares) have irrevocably agreed to accept the Offer.
