恭喜錦織圭奪冠！
18歲的錦織圭這次在Delray Beach賽封王，
不但打破了日本男選手近16年來在ATP賽的錦標荒，
(1992年4月松岡修造在首爾奪冠)
上一位亞洲男選手奪單打冠軍是04年的Srichaphan在諾丁漢賽封王....
錦織圭過去三年都獲得Sony總裁的贊助，
在美國著名的尼克網球學院接受訓練。

節錄他賽後訪問﹕
“I still can’t believe it that I beat James Blake,” the 18-year-old
Nishikori told the crowd, which included a dozen Japanese fans chanting “
Nippon! Nippon!” high up in the stands. “I’ve only seen him on TV. This is
my best tournament ever.”
“Last night I couldn’t imagine. I tried to imagine winning the final, but I
couldn’t do it,” said Nishikori, whose parents watched the match on an
Internet feed. “I was so nervous in the first set.”
