Saúl: "I am where I want to be" The event was held in the VIP Lounge of the Vicente Calderón. The player, visibly touched, took the stage to assess the agreement: "I am where I want to be and I’m happy," he noted. The mid-fielder, who was surrounded by his family and friends wanted to thank everyone for their support. Saúl remembered his teammates and coaches of the lower categories and had a special mention to the football players and the manager of the first team, who have supported him since his debut in 2012. "The club continues to grow and I want to improve and grow with Atlético de Madrid," he said. In addition, he noted: "This year is going to be exciting. We have reached 105,000 members, that it is a huge number and we’re going to keep growing," he added. Finally, our player from the ranks wanted to encourage the young football players to continue fighting for their dreams.
