[資料] FIBA 2008四月公佈之規則及裁判法相關資料
沒有看到開始實施的日期
但如果依照往例
應該是2008-10-01開始實施
不過不知道這次過渡時間會有多久
畢竟更動的地方還不算少
希望版友提供更多消息
