BREAKING NEWS: Roy leaves for birth of son

Trail Blazers rookie Brandon Roy left the team about 90 minutes before
Monday's tipoff in Chicago in order to attend the birth of his son in
Seattle.
His girlfriend, Tiana Bardwell, went into labor earlier in the afternoon,
about a week earlier than the expected delivery date. They are expecting a
son, which they will name Brandon, Jr.
Martell Webster will start in Roy's place at shooting guard.
