10 minute quarters -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 60 second time outs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No mandatory time outs -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Three time outs and one 20 second time out per half. Time outs do not carry over if not used in the first half. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 minute half time -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There may be a "no foul-out" rule in effect for 2003.
