Mönchengladbach) and Dan-Axel Zagadou (Paris St. Germain) to transfer to Borussia Dortmund from SC Freiburg for the coming season. The 23 year old attacking midfielder has signed a five year contract with the German Cup winner and Champions League participant until the 30. June, 2022. Sporting Director Michael Zorc said: " We are happy that we have secured the transfer of Maximilian Philipp, who is highly sought after both here in Germany and abroad. He is versatile and can play as an attacking midfielder, he has a good shot and he has a fantastic future ahead of him.“ Maximilian Philipp who is currently with the U21 national side preparing for the U21 EURO from the 16. to the 30. June in Poland and who will join BVB about three weeks after the last game of the tournament said: " BVB is one of the biggest clubs in the world. It is an honour for me to be able to play here. I think that at the age of 23 years old I am mature and old enough take this step.
