[心得] 重訓真的多少有用
小的之前很久沒打球
而且也只會長球
然後移位很慢
後來用個仰臥起坐機
角度調最高來練(45度角 一天目前70下)
本來是想練腹肌
結果好像都練到腿XD
尤其是大腿肌很明顯
天前鼓起勇氣參加羽球團
結果發現自己居然移位變流暢
而且球威力沒啥退步
讓我懷疑打羽球真的下盤夠力
就有一定球威XD
