#MLB 積極推動薪資上限制度，其中一個原因，
正好可以用 LeBron Jame 本週談到 #NBA 時的一段話來說明：
已經連續八年由不同球隊奪冠了，所以每支球隊在新球季開始前，都會覺得：
「今年可能輪到我們」，每一隊的球迷也都會覺得，今年可能就是屬於他們的一年
這正是 #MLB 想要的局面。
