[閒聊] 要怎麼有效率又健康的吃胖
問各位一個問題 我長期以來BMI都是過瘦 體檢差點就能免役的程度
我覺得我的食量也是在一般人的範圍內啊 三餐也沒吃特別少
想要健康的吃胖 有什麼好的方法嗎 不然太瘦真的難看 希望起碼能6公斤以上
是只能硬吃嗎 像是原本一個便當變多加一碗飯這樣?
