Don’t get too wrapped up in Lee’s 106 wRC+ at the top level. He generally jump ed on the right pitches in the zone and hit the ball hard with a 105.4 mph 90th- percentile exit velocity and 112.2 mph max EV (equal to Jazz Chisholm’s max in the Majors). Where the right-handed slugger got dinged was that he hit more ball s the opposite way than pulled oes and posted a 44.7 percent groundball rate, e ach of which contributed to a low BABIP.
